Terms and Conditions for “Golf Major” Campaign at One Golf, Melrose Arch

Promotional Period: The “Win with Rory” campaign (“Campaign”) commences on 1 April 2024 and concludes at the start of the US Major golf tournament on 11 April 2024 (“Promotional Period”).

Eligibility: This Campaign is open to all customers who make a purchase at One Golf, either in-store at Melrose Arch or online through One Golf’s official website, onegolf.co.za (“Participants”). Employees of One Golf and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Campaign Offer: Participants who make any in-store or online purchase at One Golf (onegolf.co.za) during the Promotional Period are eligible for a full reimbursement of their purchase amount (“Reimbursement”) via EFT, subject to these Terms and Conditions, if Rory McIlroy wins the US Major Tournament at Augusta 2024. Participation in the Campaign is voluntary.

Banking Details Requirement: To facilitate the Reimbursement process, Participants wishing to partake in the Campaign must provide their valid banking details at the time of purchase. This information will be used solely for the purpose of processing the Reimbursement in the event of a win and will be handled in accordance with One Golf’s Privacy Policy, ensuring the protection and confidentiality of Participant’s personal information.

Campaign Purchase Limit: The Campaign is valid for the first ZAR 3,000,000 (Three Million Rand) worth of eligible purchases made during the Promotional Period, on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the total value of eligible purchases reaches this limit, the Campaign will automatically close, and no further participants will be accepted.

Opt-Out Option: Customers who do not wish to participate in the Campaign retain the right to return their purchase for a cash refund in accordance with One Golf’s standard return policy, provided the return meets all other conditions of that policy. Opting out of the Campaign must be indicated at the time of purchase.

Maximum Reimbursement: The maximum Reimbursement amount available per purchase, regardless of the total purchase amount, is ZAR 100,000 (“Maximum Reimbursement Amount”).

No Cash Refunds on purchases: Purchases made during the Promotional Period are not eligible for cash refunds under One Golf’s standard exchange policy.

Participants may return products for in-store credit only.

Claiming the Reimbursement:

a. Eligible Participants must retain and present the original purchase receipt to claim the Reimbursement.

b. Claims for the Reimbursement must be made within 30 days following the conclusion of the US Major Tournament which ends on April 14th, 2024.

c. Reimbursements will be processed within 90 days of a valid claim being made.

General:

a. Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

c. All decisions made by One Golf regarding the Campaign are final and binding.
