10-DAY PLAY GUARANTEE (PRE-OWNED)
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we understand if you suddenly have a change of heart. You may return most of our products in their new, unopened condition within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
One Golf also offers a 10 day trial period on all used/pre- owned items sold. The trial period starts from the day the item is received if purchased online or from date of collection in store. Customers may try out the purchased items for up to 10 days and, if unsatisfied in any way, return items for a full store credit.
Please inform us about the item that you are sending back by either sending us an email at [email protected] or contacting us on +27 76 89 12317. Please note that return shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer.

You may also drop off the item at our head office or retail store. There is no cost associated with this.
New, unused and unopend products qualify for a full refund if the return is initiated within five days of the purchase. Returns that fall outside of the five days, but within the 10-day window, will qualify for a full store credit. If a new product has been used in any capacity, it is no longer considered to be new and may not be returned for a full refund or store credit. In the case that a new product has been used and a return has been initiated, a minimum 25 percent restocking fee will apply.
For a product to qualify for the 10-day play guarantee it needs to be returned in the same condition as purchased. In the case that the product is not returned in the same condition, a restocking fee will be calculated based on the additional wear sustained.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We do our best to ensure the product information, availability, purchase price and associated delivery times and fees are accurately reflected on our site.
In the case that an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us within 7 days.
We will at your choosing:
Deliver the correct item to you as soon as possible (if available); or
Send you a voucher for the purchase price of the product; or
Issue a refund
Clothing may be returned for a full store credit within 10 days of receipt. Clothing items must be returned in new, unworn condition and still have the tags attached.
If a promotional item was gifted with your purchase, the gifted item must be returned as well. If the item is not returned it will be deducted from your store credit/refund.
RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS
Items that are returned after 10 days will not qualify for a return. You can however sell or trade these items back to us.
