Refunds & Returns Policy
10-Day Play Guarantee (Pre-Owned Products)
At One Golf we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, most products may be returned in new and unopened condition within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
One Golf also offers a 10-Day Play Guarantee on all used or pre-owned items sold. The trial period starts from the day the item is received for online purchases, or from the date of collection for in-store purchases.
Customers may try out the purchased pre-owned items for up to 10 days and, if unsatisfied for any reason, return the items for a full store credit.
Returns Processing

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns can be processed directly on our website.
You may also drop off the item at our head office or retail store. There is no cost associated with dropping off your return in person.
New Products
New, unused and unopened products qualify for a full refund if the return is initiated within five (5) days of purchase.
Returns initiated after five days, but still within the 10-day return window, will qualify for a full store credit.
If a new product has been used in any way, it is no longer considered new and may not qualify for a full refund or store credit. In such cases where a return is accepted, a minimum 25% restocking fee may apply.
Used / Pre-Owned Products
To qualify for the 10-Day Play Guarantee, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased.
If the product is returned in a condition that reflects additional wear or damage, a restocking fee may be applied based on the additional wear sustained.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, availability and delivery information on our website are accurate.
If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
In such cases we will, at your choice:
- Deliver the correct item to you as soon as possible (if available);
- Issue a voucher for the purchase value of the product; or
- Provide a full refund.
Clothing
Clothing items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full store credit.
Clothing must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.
Gifted Items
If your purchase included a promotional or gifted item, the gifted item must also be returned when processing a return.
If the gifted item is not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund or store credit issued.
Returns After 10 Days
Items returned after the 10-day period will not qualify for a refund or store credit.
However, customers may still choose to sell or trade these items back to One Golf through our trade-in program.
