All orders are processed during our normal business hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
• Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where applicable.

Delivery Areas

One Golf delivers across South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Major metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days
• Regional or outlying areas: 2–5 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size or weight of the order.

Order Tracking

Customers may also choose to collect their orders directly from our retail store.

Delivery Issues
